Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and hospitality mindset.
• Proactive communicator who provides frequent updates.

• Hands-on/construction familiarity and willingness to learn flooring trades.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers from job sale to final walkthrough, ensuring satisfaction.
• Spend 50–75% of time in the field with clients; rest of time on project systems and paperwork.
• Travel to jobsites to kick off installs, check quality, and close projects.
• Lead project plans in Monday.com, juggling 15+ active projects.
• Coordinate materials and installer crews; assist with field measurements for estimates.
• Address issues promptly and keep all stakeholders updated; handle warranty follow-ups.
