Responsibilities

• Review new projects for accuracy and requirements.
• Ensure safety and quality objectives with contractors.
• Coordinate material orders with suppliers and our shop.
• Maintain timely communication with clients and internal sales about timelines.
• Notify utilities of upcoming installations (e.g., JULIE).
• Identify private utility risks and mitigation plans.
• Hold pre-construction meetings as needed.
• Coordinate daily progress checks with subcontractors.
• Contact customers if schedules change due to weather or delays.
• Document all communications and tasks in the CRM.
• Evaluate project financial performance after completion.
• Assist with inventory control.
