Floor Coverings International of Aurora-Denver is hiring a Project Coordinator to run customer projects from sale to final walkthrough. The role blends field work (50–75%) with systems management (orders, paperwork) and strong client communication.

You’ll use Monday.com to track 15+ active projects, coordinate installers, and support estimating. A clear growth path leads to Project Manager and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence required.
• Proactive overcommunication to keep stakeholders informed.
• Calm, problem-solving mindset for project challenges.
• Hands-on/construction knowledge helpful; willingness to learn flooring trades.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational skills with numbers and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from sale to final walkthrough and communicate with clients.
• Work 50–75% in the field with clients; rest of time manage systems and paperwork.
• Visit jobsites to kick off installs, check quality, and close out projects.
• Lead project plans using the project management system (Monday.com).
• Order materials and coordinate installer crews.
• Assist estimating with field measurements and input for bids.
• Handle warranty issues and follow-up service with care.
