You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure every project progresses smoothly as directed by your supervisor. The role requires managing complex orders, pricing, shipping schedules, and contract pricing while resolving issues promptly with Customer Service and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Manages complex customer orders from start to finish, including quotes, returns, claims, pricing discrepancies, and expedited orders.
• Creates customer quotes, including materials, stock listings, and fabrication; sets margins and freight/pipe costs per pricing strategies.
• Leads daily production meetings: load and production schedules, back orders, expected receipts, and truck schedules with facility managers.
• Schedules product shipments to meet customer requirements and cost targets.
• Manages contract pricing for customers.
• Negotiates material deadlines.
• Acts as branch main contact for customers; follows up on quotes and resolves day-to-day inquiries when CSRs are unavailable.
• Reports process abilities/deficiencies affecting service and profitability.
• Gathers and reports data to branch or regional managers.
• Communicates company directives to improve service by holding cross-department meetings.
