Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination, purchasing, or order management experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with purchase orders, vendors, order entry, invoicing, and tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with CET, CAP 2020, or Project Matrix is a plus.
• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Process, track, and close project orders accurately.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, purchase orders, and customer invoices.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers on pricing, orders, lead times.
• Review orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Track products through delivery and coordinate delivery, installation, and service requirements.
• Maintain accurate project records and punch lists through completion.
• Manage vendor and project claims through resolution.
• Support final invoicing upon delivery and installation.
• Communicate project updates, delays, and issues to internal teams and customers.
