Job summary

North West Handling Systems, Inc. in Portland, OR is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator focused on order entry across multiple product lines to support outside sales staff from the office.

You will manage order entry, inventory, purchasing, track sales from initial order to delivery or installation, update customers and sales staff on open orders, prep orders for invoicing, and coordinate freight.

Qualifications

• Experience with order-entry and inventory management.
• Ability to coordinate freight and scheduling with multiple product lines.
• Proven track record in supporting outside sales teams.
