Job summary

TWM Roofing, Inc. is seeking a Project Support Coordinator to keep estimators, field crews, clients, and vendors connected from estimation to project completion. This full-time, hybrid role is based in North County San Diego.

You'll manage schedules, create work orders, track materials and permits, and serve as the client liaison for quick, clear answers. Prior roofing or construction exposure is a bonus, with business/construction management coursework nice-to-have.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects or supporting a busy team.
• Highly organized with data entry, scheduling and reporting.
• Proficient with email, spreadsheets and project tools.
• Bonus: roofing, construction or property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing schedules and timelines across multiple projects.
• Creating and sending out work orders, keeping job statuses updated in real time.
• Tracking materials, permits, and inspection paperwork.
• Being the go-to person clients can count on for quick, clear answers.
• Catching scheduling conflicts before they turn into problems.
