Job summary

DHD Consulting in Upland, CA is seeking a Project Engineer/Project Manager to lead on-site execution for public works roofing, waterproofing, and sheet metal projects. This role combines field supervision with coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.

You will read and interpret plans, manage schedules and budgets, prepare preconstruction documents, and serve as the main point of contact for the project, ensuring quality and safety at every stage.

Qualifications

• 1 year of roofing-specific construction experience.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.

The company is a public works contractor with roofing, waterproofing and sheet metal specialties and we are currently looking for a responsible and reliable individual who will be a part of a growing company. Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) available for this position for those that meet the requirements.

Pay: $58,800.00 - $65,250.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday
