South Shore Roofing is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage project scheduling, provide customer service for ongoing work orders, and coordinate with vendors. The role involves resolving technical questions from homeowners and field teams, with tools like Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Acculynx to streamline processes.

Formación

• Must have hands-on experience with home remodeling processes (roofing, siding, painting, etc.).
• Excellent written communication and fast, accurate data entry.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with high speed and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project scheduling for labor crews and vendors.
• Handle real-time technical questions from homeowners and field contractors.
• Interpret, modify, and clarify work orders lacking a PM assignment.
• Perform post-project quality and cost audits with photos and invoices.
• Support daily task assignments for the project management team.
• Conduct vendor research, sourcing, and negotiation as needed.
