Job description

We're looking for a Construction Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced work environment. The Construction Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all construction sites are properly managed and overseeing the customer experience to maintain our 5‑star standard in providing the best products for our customers. This is an on‑site position overseeing the roof installation until the job is complete.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from office to job sites throughout the week
• Oversee all construction sites in designated territory to ensure that all operations meet company standards
• Review quality control protocols to ensure that all job sites are compliant
• Communicate effectively with the installation team in all job sites (observe field measurements, scheduling with strict deadlines, take appropriate worksite photos, etc.)
• Prepare construction progress reports from the site to be provided to the management team (budget, safety & quality control)
• Supply job site with additional materials if needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction/roofing
• Must be comfortable walking on roofs as high as 2 stories and as steep as 12/12 pitch
• Excellent communication and strong organization skills
• Efficient with taking quality photos, as well as excellent computer skills
• Understand safety regulations and have a very good working knowledge of estimating
• Best-in-class customer relations skills/techniques
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Spanish speaking is a plus
