Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in project coordination or construction administration.
• Experience managing project documentation, schedules, submittals, change orders, and closeout requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative setup of newly awarded projects from contract award through mobilization.
• Review contracts, specifications, schedules, and related documents to identify key requirements, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Establish and maintain project files in company systems and document management tools.
• Develop and maintain project checklists, schedules, milestones, and action-item trackers.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, warranties, security badging, and pre-construction requirements.
• Prepare project submittals and maintain logs of submissions and approvals.
• Schedule and attend project meetings, record minutes, and track action items.
