Wagner Roofing Company is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Management team from award through completion. You will manage project documentation, submittals, scheduling, and meetings while coordinating with operations, field leadership, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

Qualifikationen

• Three to five years of experience in project coordination or construction administration.
• Experience managing project documentation, schedules, submittals, change orders, and closeout requirements.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate administrative setup of newly awarded projects from contract award through mobilization.
• Review contracts, specifications, schedules, and related documents to identify key requirements, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Establish and maintain project files in company systems and document management tools.
• Develop and maintain project checklists, schedules, milestones, and action-item trackers.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, warranties, security badging, and pre-construction requirements.
• Prepare project submittals and maintain logs of submissions and approvals.
• Schedule and attend project meetings, record minutes, and track action items.
