Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to direct and supervise on-site construction activities from start to finish. You will coordinate resources, ensure quality and safety, and provide regular progress updates to project leadership.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of multi-family construction management, strong communication, and a solid understanding of construction principles and codes. On-site, full-time role with a focus on timely project completion and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; construction-related education preferred.
• 3–5+ years managing multi-family construction projects recommended.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and field leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule field operations and sequencing; manage materials and resources.
• Oversee on-site construction from start to finish and ensure quality.
• Provide weekly/monthly progress reports and address challenges.
• Enforce safety programs and OSHA standards on site.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and schedule adherence.
