Job summary

Viking Electric in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Receiving and Project Staging Specialist to coordinate project material receiving, staging, and shipping. You will assist with special modifications and support various logistical services to ensure timely project delivery.

The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, proficiency with MS Office and RF devices, and strong analytical skills. Schedule is Mon-Fri 6:00am–3:00pm with competitive hourly pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages up to 75 lbs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable using RF devices or warehouse technology.
• Experience/knowledge of warehouse equipment and machines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations Manager on project staging area needs and space requirements.
• Coordinate inbound shipments with sales, vendors, and freight companies; verify items and quantities.
• Create and maintain project folders; close out and archive as required.
• Adapt to special project staging requirements; assemble, package, and label to meet specs.
• Collaborate with shipping to coordinate outbound deliveries and scheduling.
