Viking Electric, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking a Warehouse Project Staging Specialist for our New Berlin, WI location. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday with a $22–$27/hr wage and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable using RF devices or other warehouse technology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments with sales, vendors, and freight companies; verify items and quantities.
• Create and maintain project folders of packing slips; close out archives.
• Assist in coordinating outbound deliveries and scheduling special equipment.
• Assist in receiving, shipping, and managing project material; perform modifications as required.
