Job summary

Viking Electric, part of the Sonepar family, seeks a Receiving and Project Staging Specialist in Oshkosh, WI. The role coordinates operational and administrative activities for project staging, including receiving, shipping, and handling project materials.

Ideal candidates will lift up to 75 lbs, be proficient with MS Office, and comfortable using RF devices and warehouse equipment. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a 6:00am–3:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages up to 75 lbs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and email/internet use.
• Familiarity with RF devices or warehouse technology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments with sales, vendors, and freight companies; verify items against documents.
• Create and maintain project folders of packing slips; archive as required.
• Assist in receiving, shipping, and managing project material in the staging area.
