Job summary

Control Freaks Hawaii in Maui, HI is seeking a Project & Service Coordinator to keep our production team moving. This role focuses on coordinating schedules, tracking tasks, communicating with customers, and ensuring service calls stay on track.

You’ll work across office, warehouse, and field teams, dispatch technicians, manage materials, and assist with inventory. A strong emphasis on organization and follow-through helps us deliver high-end technology installations across Hawaii.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, electrical, low-voltage, AV, HVAC, property management, service dispatch, logistics, scheduling, or a similar environment is helpful, but not required.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills are essential.
• Ability to juggle multiple moving parts and communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules for technicians, electricians, service calls and project work.
• Track open tasks and follow up with team members until completion.
• Dispatch technicians and adjust schedules as priorities change.
• Communicate appointment times and updates with customers.
• Ensure technicians have necessary information, equipment, and materials.
• Follow up on service tickets, punch-list items, and unfinished work.
• Keep work orders, schedules, customer information, and internal records updated.
• Coordinate materials and equipment entering/leaving the warehouse.
