You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams from initial contact through final payment to ensure a seamless, positive client experience.

The role focuses on coordinating scheduling, contracts, deposits, and documentation, while guiding projects through mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction phases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their project.
• Receive new leads and promptly contact customers.
• Create and manage projects within our CRM system.
• Coordinate scheduling with field teams and subcontractors.
• Schedule Matterport (3D imaging) inspections.
• Send and obtain signed contracts, work authorizations, and required documentation.
• Collect deposits and process customer payments.
• Coordinate mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction activities.
• Communicate project timelines, expectations, and status updates.
• Request progress billing and coordinate invoicing.
• Review project files for accuracy and completeness.
