Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years in manufacturing, production administration, maintenance coordination, or related admin role.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced operations setting.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and CMMS systems.
• Able to work with data reporting and operational records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance planning and coordination with maintenance staff and vendors.
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Track KPIs like production output, downtime, and labor utilization.
• Support inventory tracking, material usage reporting, and schedule updates.
• Provide admin support to Plant Manager and leadership team.
