Job summary

Premier Restoration Hawaiʻi in Wailuku, Maui, is seeking a Client Care Coordinator (C3) to serve as the central communication hub for restoration projects. You will manage customer interactions from the initial call through final payment, coordinating with vendors, field teams, and internal departments to deliver an exceptional experience.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in customer service or project coordination, excellent written/verbal communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service, administrative, or project coordination experience.
• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Restoration, construction, insurance, or property management experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their project.
• Receive new leads and promptly contact customers.
• Create and manage projects within our CRM system.
• Coordinate scheduling with field teams and subcontractors.
• Schedule Matterport (3D imaging) inspections.
• Send and obtain signed contracts, work authorizations, and required documentation.
• Collect deposits and process customer payments.
• Coordinate mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction activities.
• Communicate project timelines, expectations, and status updates.
• Request progress billing and coordinate invoicing.
• Review project files for accuracy and completeness.
• Submit final invoices and payment documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding balances in accordance with company procedures.
• Complete quality control checklists and maintain organized project files.
• Collaborate closely with operations, accounting, and field staff to ensure projects move efficiently.
