Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead scheduling for small-to-medium projects and defined scopes within larger programs. You will develop schedules from Level 1 to Level 4, integrate inputs from stakeholders, and own the scheduling process under the Project Controls Director.

The role requires strong Primavera P6 expertise, risk analysis skills, and the ability to influence project outcomes while adhering to enterprise scheduling standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develops, baselines, maintains, updates, and analyzes project schedules from proposal to detailed execution stages.
• Acts as Primavera P6 subject matter expert for assigned projects.
• Leads schedule risk analysis, status updates, and narrative reporting.
• Provides time-phased schedule data to support revenue recognition, forecasting, and cost control.
