Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze the project schedule across all phases under the Project Controls Director. You will lead scheduling for small-to-medium projects, coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractors to ensure schedule integrity.

As the Primavera P6 expert, you will baseline, track progress, perform critical path analysis, develop look-ahead schedules, and provide schedule metrics and narratives to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related technical field.
• Experience with EPC/full-service project delivery processes.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling setup and mobilization, including schedule architecture, WBS, calendars, coding, and update cadence.
• Develop, baseline, maintain, and analyze network-logic-driven schedules from proposal through detailed execution.
• Serve as Primavera P6 subject matter expert, ensuring data integrity and governance.
• Provide schedule reporting, risk analysis, and mitigation recommendations to project stakeholders.
