Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling on multiple high‑impact construction projects. The role also contributes to corporate initiatives including training, data analytics, trend identification and reporting.

You will analyze drawings, prepare baseline schedules, monitor progress, collaborate with owners and subcontractors, support bids, and develop project controls training for Clark Corporate University.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement Planning & Scheduling best practices.
• Analyze drawings, specs and SOW for usable Baseline schedules for construction.
• Monitor multiple project schedules and guide Operations staff.
• Interact with Owners, subcontractors and representatives to represent Clark.
• Support conceptual bid and proposal schedules with executive management.
