Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Scheduling Executive to lead planning and scheduling across multiple high-impact projects. You will actively contribute to Corporate Initiatives including training development, data analytics, trend reporting, and more.

Responsibilities include leading scheduling efforts, analyzing baselines, mentoring operations teams, and developing Time Impact Analyses. Expect frequent site travel and collaboration with owners and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years scheduling experience on construction projects.
• Scheduling experience on advanced manufacturing projects preferred.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors, senior leaders and project teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling efforts across multiple projects.
• Understand and implement Planning & Scheduling Best Practices.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work for usable Baseline schedules.
• Monitor schedules and guide Operations staff.
• Interact with owners, subcontractors, and partners.
• Develop conceptual bid and proposal schedules with executive management.
• Utilize analytics to identify and report project trends.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for execution.
• Evaluate actual construction status vs proposed plan.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per standards.
• Develop and deliver Planning, Scheduling and Project Controls training.
• Travel to project sites as necessary.
