Qualifications

• One year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite Project and Performance Analyst to include Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• One year of experience facilitating meetings and coordinating projects with deadlines.
• One year of experience writing and revising documents.
• One year of experience communicating with customers for the purpose of resolving issues or concerns.

Responsibilities

• Participating in process projects and other initiatives, ensuring comprehensive and accurate performance and data analysis, and data-based decision making.
• Collaborating with others to improve information sharing and streamline coordination across multiple processes related to the genetic testing process.
• Maintaining open communication and building positive working relationships to solve problems and make decisions.
• Compiling and analyzing data, determining effectiveness and recommending next appropriate action.
• Conduct monitoring activities, reviewing operational transactions and performance information, and writing reports.
