Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Utility Construction in Harmony, MN. You will own financial performance, contract administration, scheduling, and customer communications to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

You will work with Operations leadership to maintain schedule integrity, manage risks, and preserve margin while coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and clients across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction project management and utility construction workflows.
• Planning, scheduling, and milestone-control capabilities.
• Financial understanding of budgets, cost tracking, and billing.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, margin protection, and forecasting.
• Manage scope, schedule, costs, changes, and customer communication.
• Protect margin, entitlement, cash flow, and customer trust through forecasting and documentation.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and Operations to maintain readiness and execution.
• Serve as primary customer contact for updates and issue resolution.
• Lead documentation and reporting across projects.
