Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for utility construction in Harmony, MN. You will own financial, contractual, and customer-facing success of assigned projects, ensuring scope, schedule and costs are controlled with proactive risk management.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Superintendent to protect margin, cash flow, and customer trust, lead planning and scheduling, manage changes, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or comparable field-heavy construction experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in utility/construction projects is preferred.
• Ability to travel to project sites and work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance including margin protection and cash flow awareness.
• Manage project scope, schedule, costs, change orders, and customer communication.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, field teams, and Operations to align resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages.
• Provide proactive risk visibility and accurate forecasting.
