Job summary

PUSH Inc. in McGregor, MN is seeking a Project Manager for our Utility Construction division. You will own financial performance, contracts, and customer communications across assigned projects, ensuring schedule integrity, cost control, and proactive risk management.

You will work with the Operations Manager and Superintendent to align field execution, manage change orders, billing, and documentation, while maintaining strong client trust and project margins across multiple concurrent scopes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Manager or comparable field-heavy construction management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience managing construction projects, project teams, or utility construction scopes in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance including margin protection, cost control, and cash flow awareness.
• Manage scope, schedule, costs, and change orders with customers.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and Superintendent for readiness.
• Ensure billing accuracy and timely invoicing.
• Maintain documentation: RFIs, change orders, as-builts, permits, closeout packages.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans to protect schedule and margins.
