Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for utility construction to own financial performance, schedule integrity, and customer relations on assigned projects.

You will partner with the Operations Manager and Superintendent to protect margins, manage risk, and ensure timely, accurate forecasting and documentation. Responsibilities include managing contracts, changes, and billing cycles while coordinating with field teams and customers to maintain confidence and deliverables.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Project Manager or comparable field-heavy construction management experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience managing construction projects, project teams, or utility construction scopes in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours and travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, margin protection, cost control, and cash flow awareness.
• Track project costs and identify variances, margin fade, or cost exposure early.
• Maintain accurate cost-to-complete forecasting and revenue projections.
• Ensure project billing is accurate, timely, and fully supported.
• Monitor WIP, percent-complete, forecasting inputs, and actual production quantities for financial visibility.
• Coordinate with field leadership to align schedule, production, and resources.
• Prepare clear and accurate change orders, RFIs, scopes, and schedules.
• Provide proactive customer updates regarding schedule status, risks, and recovery actions.
