Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for utility construction to own the financial, contractual, and customer-facing success of assigned projects.

You will manage scope, schedule, costs, change orders, and customer communication with discipline and clarity while maintaining proactive risk visibility and accurate forecasting. Collaborating with the Operations Manager and Superintendent, you will protect margin, cash flow, and customer trust through precise documentation and proactive risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Project Manager or comparable field-heavy construction management experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
• Working knowledge of broadband OSP and/or power distribution construction preferred.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or scopes in a utility construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, including margin protection, cost control, and cash flow awareness.
• Manage project scope, schedule, costs, change orders, and customer communication with discipline and clarity.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and Superintendent to maintain schedule integrity and field alignment.
• Protect margin and entitlement through forecasting, billing control, and timely documentation.
• Lead and support project coordinators and office/field teams to ensure audit-ready records.
