Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to own the financial, contractual, and customer-facing success of assigned utility construction projects. You will manage scope, schedule, costs, change orders, and customer communication with discipline and proactive risk visibility.

You will work with the Operations Manager and Superintendent to maintain schedule integrity, readiness, and field alignment, protecting margin, entitlement, and cash flow while ensuring accurate forecasting and timely billing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 5+ years of project management or field-heavy construction management experience.
• Strong understanding of construction PM workflows and pricing/cost controls.
• Ability to interpret contracts, plans, and field data; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance including margin protection and cash flow awareness.
• Manage scope, schedule, costs, change orders, and customer communication with discipline.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure schedule clarity and constructible work.
• Maintain documentation: RFIs, change orders, as-builts, permits, closeout packages.
• Serve as primary customer contact for updates, risks, and issue resolution.
