Job summary

PUSH Inc. in Winter, WI is seeking a Project Manager for Utility Construction to lead the financial, contractual, and customer-facing success of assigned projects.

The role manages scope, schedule, costs, change orders, and risk, while coordinating with Operations, Superintendents, and clients to protect margin and ensure delivery.

A background in utility construction, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Broadband OSP or power distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, including margin protection and cash flow awareness.
• Capture, document, price, and submit scope changes early and accurately.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in alignment with field execution plans.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for project updates and issue resolution.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, Operations Manager, and customers to align schedule, production, and resources.
