Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to drive the financial, contractual, and customer-facing success of assigned utility construction projects in Michigan.

This role ensures scope, schedule, costs, change orders, and customer communication are managed with discipline and clarity while maintaining proactive risk visibility and accurate forecasting. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Superintendent to protect margin, entitlements, and cash flow, ensuring timely billing,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in utility/construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to travel to project sites and work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, including margin protection and cash flow awareness.
• Maintain accurate cost-to-complete forecasting and revenue projections.
• Ensure project billing is accurate and timely within the billing cycle.
• Capture, price, and submit scope changes early and accurately.
• Develop and manage project schedules aligned with field execution plans.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for updates, coordination, and issue resolution.
• Lead and support project coordinators and administrative staff.
