Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, including margin protection and cash flow awareness.
• Manage project scope, contracts, and customer communications.
• Develop and manage project schedules with field teams.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and Operations to ensure readiness and alignment.
• Lead documentation, reporting, and change-order processes.
• Protect entitlement through proactive communication and accurate records.
