A&D Mortgage LLC is seeking a Recruitment Project Manager to lead strategic improvements in recruiting operations, partnering with HR, Recruitment, and cross-functional teams. The role drives processes from planning through implementation, ensuring efficiency and clear accountability across stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and data-driven, with experience optimizing talent acquisition systems and collaborating with external vendors to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in Recruitment/HR or Operations.
• Experience with recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and scale solutions.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and PM tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Recruitment projects from concept through launch with plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Translate business needs into actionable plans and manage priorities and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and align stakeholders with clear ownership.
• Establish governance, reporting, and risk management for projects.
• Identify risks, roadblocks, and develop solutions to keep initiatives on track.
• Improve Recruitment processes, workflows, and systems for efficiency.
• Manage vendor-related projects and monitor performance and communications.
• Use data to prioritize initiatives and support decision-making.
• Lead change management for new processes, tools, and workflows.

About this opportunity

The Recruitment Project Manager will lead initiatives that improve recruiting operations, streamline processes, and enhance the candidate and hiring team experience. This role will manage projects from planning through implementation, partnering with Recruitment, HR, and cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, implement solutions, and improve efficiency. This role will also partner with external vendors.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong project management and follow-through skills. This role will optimize talent acquisition systems and workflows, and ensure clear communication and accountability across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead Recruitment projects from concept through launch, developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Project Execution: Translate business needs into actionable plans, manage priorities and dependencies, and drive projects to completion.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, clarify responsibilities, and maintain accountability for outcomes.

• Project Governance: Establish project structure, success measures, communication plans, and reporting to provide visibility into progress, risks, and decisions.

• Risk & Issue Management: Identify and address risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, developing solutions to keep projects on track.

• Process Improvement: Identify and lead opportunities to improve Recruitment processes, workflows, systems, and operational efficiency.

• Vendor Management: Manage vendor-related projects, including timelines, deliverables, performance, communication, and issue resolution.

• Data & Analysis: Use data to prioritize initiatives, measure results, identify opportunities, and support decision-making.

• Change Management: Lead the implementation and adoption of new processes, tools, and workflows to ensure sustainable results.

Location and Schedule

• This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our Troy, MI office.

• Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Hard Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a Recruitment, Human Resources, or Operations environment.

• Recruitment Operations experience strongly preferred, with an understanding of recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices.

• Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable, efficient solutions.

• Experience working with recruiting systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) as well as Project Management Systems (Asana, Jira or similar).

• Strong vendor management skills, including relationship management, contract coordination, and performance monitoring.

• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks while ensuring project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
