Job summary

AD Mortgage, a broker-voted Top 5 U.S. wholesale lender with 20 years in the industry, seeks a Recruitment Project Manager to lead initiatives that enhance recruiting operations and the candidate experience.

You will partner with Recruitment, HR, and cross-functional teams to identify gaps, implement solutions, and drive efficiency, including external vendors. Office-based in Troy, MI with standard M-F hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in Recruitment/HR/Operations.
• Recruitment Operations experience preferred with understanding of recruiting processes.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and scalable solutions.
• Experience with recruiting systems, ATS, HRIS and PM systems (Asana, Jira) and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Recruitment projects from concept through launch with plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Translate business needs into actionable plans; manage priorities and dependencies to drive projects to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams; align stakeholders and maintain accountability for outcomes.
• Establish project governance: structure, success metrics, comms plans, and reporting on progress, risks, decisions.
• Identify and address risks, roadblocks, dependencies; develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Identify opportunities to improve Recruitment processes, workflows, systems and efficiency.
• Manage vendor-related projects: timelines, deliverables, performance, communication, issue resolution.
• Use data to prioritize initiatives, measure results, identify opportunities and support decision-making.
• Lead change management: adoption of new processes, tools, and workflows to sustain results.
