Impact You Will Make

• Own the lifecycle: Execute the full‑cycle recruitment process from the initial intake meeting with Hiring Managers to the final offer negotiation.
• Engineer sourcing strategies: Move beyond "post and pray." Actively source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and professional networks to build a diverse pipeline.
• Evaluate potential: Conduct high‑quality behavioral interviews and technical screenings to ensure we hire for both skill and cultural alignment.
• Partner with leadership: Act as a consultant to Hiring Managers, helping them define roles, refine job descriptions, and navigate market trends.
• Champion candidate experience: Ensure every applicant—whether hired or not—has a professional, transparent, and positive experience with our brand.
• Drive data integrity: Manage our ATS (Teamtailor) with precision, using data to track time‑to‑hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.

Working Conditions
