Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale Global General Ledger (GL) implementation involving SAP or Oracle. This individual will serve as a key partner helping coordinate the program, manage critical relationships, and ensure internal teams and external vendors remain aligned throughout the implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the COO to support the planning, coordination, and execution of the Global General Ledger implementation.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across internal stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and implementation partners, ensuring deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and expectations remain aligned.
  • Coordinate activities across Finance, Operations, Technology, and other business functions.
  • Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, action items, and key deliverables.
  • Track project risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies and ensure appropriate escalation and follow-through.
  • Prepare project updates, status reports, meeting materials, and executive‑level communications.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines are clearly documented.
  • Support governance activities and provide the COO with visibility into project status, risks, vendor performance, and areas requiring executive attention.
  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks and work across teams to drive resolution.
  • Ensure internal stakeholders and external partners remain accountable to agreed‑upon timelines and deliverables.
  • Support implementation readiness, testing, deployment, and other project activities as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong Project or Program Management experience supporting complex, enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting ERP, General Ledger, Finance Transformation, or financial systems implementations strongly required.
  • SAP or Oracle implementation experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing third‑party vendors, consulting partners, and senior internal stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to work closely with C‑suite and senior leadership.
  • Experience managing project plans, risks/issues, dependencies, governance, and executive reporting.
  • Financial services experience required.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, relationship‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to operate as a hands‑on project partner in a fast‑moving, complex global environment.
