Qualifications

  • > 6+ years of Project or Program Management experience supporting complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
  • > Experience supporting ERP, General Ledger, Finance Transformation, or financial systems implementations strongly required.
  • > SAP or Oracle implementation experience required.
  • > Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors, consulting partners, and senior internal stakeholders.
  • > Strong executive presence with the ability to work closely with C-suite and senior leadership.
  • > Experience managing project plans, risks/issues, dependencies, governance, and executive reporting.
  • > Financial services experience required.
  • > Exceptional communication, organization, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • > Ability to operate as a hands-on project partner in a fast-moving, complex global environment.

Responsibilities

  • > Partner closely with the COO to support the planning, coordination, and execution of the Global General Ledger implementation.
  • > Serve as a central point of coordination across internal stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors.
  • > Manage relationships with third-party vendors and implementation partners, ensuring deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and expectations remain aligned.
  • > Coordinate activities across Finance, Operations, Technology, and other business functions.
  • > Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, action items, and key deliverables.
  • > Track project risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies and ensure appropriate escalation and follow-through.
  • > Prepare project updates, status reports, meeting materials, and executive-level communications.
  • > Facilitate project meetings and ensure decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines are clearly documented.
  • > Support governance activities and provide the COO with visibility into project status, risks, vendor performance, and areas requiring executive attention.
  • > Proactively identify potential roadblocks and work across teams to drive resolution.
  • > Ensure internal stakeholders and external partners remain accountable to agreed-upon timelines and deliverables.
  • > Support implementation readiness, testing, deployment, and other project activities as needed.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to act as Deputy Program Lead to support a large-scale Global General Ledger (GL) implementation involving SAP or Oracle. This individual will serve as a key partner helping coordinate the program, manage critical relationships, and ensure internal teams and external vendors remain aligned throughout the implementation.
