Job summary

Phaxis seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Global General Ledger implementation using SAP or Oracle. You will partner with the COO, coordinate acrossFinance, Operations, Technology, and vendors, and manage risks, milestones, and executive updates.

Ideal candidates will have ERP implementation experience, strong executive presence, and a proven ability to drive complex projects in a global, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• ERP/Finance transformation or financial systems implementation background is required.
• Demonstrated success coordinating executives and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to plan, coordinate, and execute the GL implementation.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors for alignment.
• Manage third-party vendors, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, and executive updates.
• Lead governance activities and provide status visibility to leadership.
