Job summary

BELFOR is seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration and construction initiatives on large, high-risk projects. The role covers leading teams on BELFOR Cat operations, coordinating vendors, and ensuring safety and quality while meeting timelines and budgets.

The position involves travel for regional projects, working some nights and weekends, and advancing towards estimator responsibilities within BELFOR’s framework. Positive safety and documentation practices are required.

Qualifications

• Project management skills including time management, budgeting and scheduling.
• Strong communication, documentation and client interfacing abilities.
• Safety, quality control and site supervision across restoration/construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of all BELFOR service lines.
• Construction track — manage scope, schedule work, ensure safety and quality control.
• Establish core project management capabilities; manage time, budget, schedule, site supervision, customer contact, communication, documentation and change orders.
• Advance knowledge of current construction practices and document progress daily.
• Provide field documentation, photo logs, graphs and sketches for various projects.
• Qualify vendors and subcontractors; manage fixed bid and rate/material projects.
• Understand BELFOR invoicing and provide necessary documentation.
• Attend safety training and ensure compliance with BELFOR standards.
