Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in project management or related field.
• Sales experience – understands opportunity to upgrade/up-sell services.
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel and Word required.

Responsibilities

• Assist other Sr. Project Managers and participate in CAT duty when possible.
• Coordinate plans, timelines, and budgets for projects exceeding $1M.
• Manage crews and subcontractors; oversee safety and quality control.
• Liaise with Estimators on status, adjustments, and issues.
• Document rate, material usage, and restoration plans as needed.
