Job summary

BELFOR Project Manager roles focus on either restoration or construction, acting as a regional BELFOR resource for large and high-risk projects. You will be part of CAT teams supporting hurricane responses and other regional recovery efforts, with potential to grow into BELFOR estimators.

The role requires managing complex projects, coordinating crews, maintaining safety, documentation, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong time management, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional communication are required.
• Ability to supervise, document, and manage change orders on complex projects.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of BELFOR service lines.
• Construction track: manage scope, schedule work, communicate professionally, ensure safety and quality control.
• Develop core project management capabilities: time management, budgeting, scheduling, site supervision, documentation, and change orders.
• Continually advance knowledge of construction practices and industry standards.
• Review daily project requirements, document progress, and alert managers to issues.
• Provide field documentation, photo logs, graphs, and sketches for projects.
• Qualify vendors and subcontractors and guide them through qualification processes.
• Manage fixed bid and rate/material projects and workflows with estimators/PMs.
• Understand BELFOR invoicing procedures and compile necessary documentation.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and maintain vehicles.
