Aquent Studios is seeking a Project Manager to drive marketing initiatives in the pharmaceutical space within an Agile team. You’ll accelerate speed to market for promotional materials across digital channels, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to brand standards.

Candidates should have 2–3 years in Project Management and Marketing, plus production experience guiding materials through fast timelines. A process‑oriented mindset and Agile familiarity are valued attributes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in Project Management and Marketing.
• Prior production experience in successfully guiding promotional materials through various stages and consistently meeting tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A strong process-oriented mindset, coupled with a keen eye for identifying and implementing process improvements.

Other Requirements

Compensation Range: $85,000-$95,000 per year.

The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
