About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Project Manager to join our in‑house Ad Agency team. In this role, you’ll manage end‑to‑end delivery of digital marketing projects — including websites, emails, banner ads, and digital tools — ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with brand and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a variety of digital projects (websites, emails, banner ads, and mobile tools).
• Collaborate with creative, account, and technical teams to drive execution.
• Ensure all deliverables meet branding, promotional, and compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate Veeva submissions, material review (MLR), and approval workflows.
• Partner with the digital and account teams to define project scope, estimates, and timelines.
• Track budgets, timelines, and project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

Must‑Have Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Digital Project Manager in an agency or creative environment.
• Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and basic understanding of HTML and SEO.
• Familiarity with Veeva or pharma/healthcare promotional review processes.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and digital production workflows.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with pharmaceutical clients (AbbVie or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
