Job summary

Aquent Studios in the United States seeks a motivated Project Management and Marketing professional to optimize the creation and delivery of promotional content across digital channels. You will work within an Agile team to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and timely execution of assets for healthcare audiences.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, define content requirements, and manage multiple campaigns through the full review cycle, proactively addressing risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years of Project Management and Marketing experience with promotional materials.
• Experience guiding materials through development to approval under deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content for promotional assets within an Agile framework.
• Build brand content expertise for promotional campaigns and materials.
• Collaborate with team and external agencies to keep content updated.
• Define content requirements for digital promotional materials.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to final approval and review.
• Participate in content review meetings and implement feedback.
• Identify roadblocks and implement solutions to maintain momentum.
• Support Agile team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
