Job summary

Snap Install, Inc. is seeking an ambitious Project Manager to join our nationwide service delivery team. You will act as the front-line of communication, oversee jobs, generate quotes, and coordinate technicians for multi-site rollouts.

The role requires 3+ years of project management experience, a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and occasional night/weekend work may be required. We offer a hybrid work model, starting compensation of $57,500 per year, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of applicable project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Occasional night and weekend work.
• Understand the fundamentals of coordinating resources and timeline applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of client solutions, products, technologies, and common challenges to oversee jobs and serve as an escalation point.
• Generate quotes and scopes of work for clients on individual jobs and multi-site projects, anticipating risks and resolving through clarification.
• Quickly build orders in service management system with minimal errors and update notes clearly.
• Schedule and coordinate jobs with technicians and gather necessary information for on-site work.
• Monitor job progress, resolve barriers, and inform management on escalations.
• Close completed jobs, including billing and documentation and share information with clients.
