Job summary

Sevan Multi‑Site Solutions is hiring a Project Manager to act as an owners’ representative for multi-site retail and restaurant programs. You will oversee multiple locations, coordinate with general contractors, designers, and vendors, and direct pre-construction through closeout to meet aggressive schedules.

This remote-based role requires frequent travel across the Great Plains and surrounding markets; on-site visits will be required.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in an accredited construction-related program or equivalent.
• 7–10+ years in QSR/Kitchen retail construction project management.
• Ground Up construction experience preferred/critical.
• Strong understanding of multi-site program management.
• Expertise in construction processes including pre-construction, permitting, scheduling, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• On-site project management of construction activities.
• Directs and coordinates the activities of project team to ensure progress on schedule and within budget.
• Communicates project issues to Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or Operations Director.
• Reviews construction documentation, drawings, schedules, and scopes for completeness.
• Manages permit requirements and procurement activities.
• Oversees field work and change orders.
• Prepares weekly status reports and project documentation.
• Identifies and resolves cost, schedule, safety, or quality issues.
• Represents the company in project meetings and client relations.
