Job summary

Arena Staffing is partnering with a confidential national construction and program management company to hire a Senior Project Manager to lead high-volume, multi-site rollout programs. You will oversee scopes, budgets, schedules, and field coordination while serving as the escalation point for issues.

The role requires strong leadership across PMs, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors, with about 30% nationwide travel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site retail, QSR, restaurant, or commercial rollout programs.
• Proven leadership of PMs, Field PMs, coordinators, supers, subcontractors, or field partners.
• Experience owning budgets, schedules, scopes, and client expectations; closeout.
• Strong construction knowledge: means & methods, sequencing, site conditions.
• Experience with client communication, escalations, and recovery plans in high-pressure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple sites, teams, and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMs, Field PMs, Coordinators, subcontractors, vendors, and field partners across active programs.
• Own budgets, schedules, scopes, delivery plans, reporting, billing alignment, punch lists, and closeout.
• Define scopes of work and align internal teams, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Vet, onboard, and manage subcontractors and field partners across markets.
• Balance speed, quality, cost, schedule, safety, and client expectations.
• Serve as central escalation point for field issues, client concerns, or budget pressures.
• Create recovery plans when projects risk missing schedule or budget.
• Develop guardrails and playbooks for repeatable delivery standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve reporting, billing, documentation, and field updates.
