Job summary

DecisionPoint Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology deployment projects across multiple sites.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and risk to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget deployments that meet quality standards. The role requires 2–5 years of experience in technology rollouts, experience in retail/logistics environments, strong communication, and proficiency with scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience managing technology deployment projects or large-scale, multi-site rollouts.
• Experience supporting Retail, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Warehouse, Distribution, or Logistics environments.
• Working knowledge of technology deployment projects involving POS systems, networks, mobile devices, and wireless.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and hundreds of active sites.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and project scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of technology deployment projects from kickoff through implementation and closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across multiple customer locations.
• Coordinate internal teams, third-party field technicians, and cabling partners to ensure successful site execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing project updates, risk assessments, and timely resolution of escalated issues.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Review installation documentation, testing results, site photos, and customer sign-offs to verify quality and scope compliance.
• Track project budgets, technician labor, expenses, and change orders to support project profitability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Logistics, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate project status to internal leadership and stakeholders.
