Job summary

Snap Install is seeking a Project Manager in Minneapolis to join a dynamic team delivering turnkey installation solutions across diverse industries. You will manage multi-site projects, coordinate technicians, prepare quotes, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery and accurate billing.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of applicable experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency in the use of email and Microsoft Office. G-Suite and Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Must possess strong calculative skills to determine job costing, discounting and calculating profit margins.
• Ability to obtain detailed knowledge of services and technical applications.
• Decision-making and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of relevant client solutions, products, technologies, and common challenges, in order to oversee jobs and serve as an escalation point.
• Generate quotes and scopes of work for clients on individual jobs and multi-site projects/rollouts, anticipating risks and project gray areas, and resolving through clarification or assumptions.
• Quickly and fluently build orders in service management system, with minimal errors, recognizing opportunities to improve data.
• Schedule and coordinate jobs with technicians, effectively addressing scope and price. Gather all necessary logistical and technical information, and prepare technicians for on-site work.
• Monitor job progress, serving as an escalation point and resolving most barriers. Confirm, review, and approve deliverables. Inform manager on larger escalations.
• Close completed jobs, including billing and documentation, and share necessary information back to the client.
• Prepare and organize project data, statuses, dashboards, and reporting for multi-site projects/rollouts.
• Manage large or complex multi-site projects/rollouts and provide status reporting.
